Since the determination of the spatial structure of a protein is an urgent and laborious task. The amount of information about proteins is very large and constantly growing: sequences of more than three million proteins are available in the UniProt database, which significantly exceeds the number of known structures.
Therefore, the purpose of the grant was the development of theoretical methods for predicting the three-dimensional structure of the protein and the creation of a service for the analysis of geometric and thermodynamic parameters of the secondary structure of proteins for fundamental and applied search and biomedical problems.
